COACHES CLINIC

(Coach Education & Alignment)

A dedicated clinic for the school’s coaching staff, focused on Coach Ike’s approach to teaching the game and developing players.

  • The clinic includes:

  • introduction to coaching philosophy and methodology

  • practical tools for teaching fundamentals effectively

  • guidance on mindset, discipline, and inspiring young athletes

School coaches receive a coaching booklet and are prepared to apply these principles during the student camp and beyond.

STUDENT BASKETBALL CAMP

(On-Campus Skills & Development)

A multi-day basketball camp delivered on campus for the school’s students.

The camp:

  • focuses on core basketball fundamentals

  • is structured for mixed skill levels and age groups

  • is led by Coach Ike, with active involvement from school coaches

  • Short daily leadership messages are integrated into the program to reinforce these values.

School coaches participate on court as part of their professional development, using the camp as a practical extension of the coaches clinic.

LEADERSHIP TALK / SCHOOL EVENTS

(Inspiration Beyond the Court)

An optional school-wide speaking event delivered by Coach Ike for students, parents, or the wider school community.

The talk draws from Coach Ike’s experiences in:

  • professional sport

  • international education

  • leadership and academic excellence

Topics often include leadership, resilience, discipline, and success beyond talent, and are tailored to the school’s audience.
